BLESSED WITH BEAUTY — BOOKING POLICIES

Please review all policies carefully before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment with Blessed With Beauty and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

These policies are in place to protect my time and work while providing every client with a smooth, professional, and enjoyable appointment experience.

BOOKING & APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

All appointments must be properly booked and confirmed.

Discussing an appointment, requesting a date or time, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with me about availability does not secure your appointment.

Your appointment is only considered secured once the full required deposit has been received and your appointment has been confirmed.

Appointment availability is subject to change until your deposit is received.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment and is applied toward your remaining service balance.

Deposit requirements are:

Standard Individual Appointments — $25 Deposit

Bestie Bundles — $50 Deposit

Multi-Service Appointments — $50 Deposit

House Calls — $75 Deposit

If an appointment falls under more than one category, the higher applicable deposit applies. Deposits are not stacked.

For example, a multi-service house call requires the $75 house-call deposit, not a $50 deposit plus an additional $75 deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Your deposit will be credited toward your final appointment balance unless it is forfeited under the cancellation, rescheduling, late cancellation, or no-show policies below.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When sufficient notice is provided and the reschedule is approved, your deposit may be transferred one time to your new appointment.

Deposits cannot be repeatedly transferred between appointments.

After your one permitted deposit transfer has been used, another reschedule will require a new deposit.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations/rescheduling that do not meet the required notice period may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Once a deposit has been forfeited, a new deposit must be submitted before another appointment can be secured.

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS

Appointments booked or confirmed for the same day are subject to a $25 same-day fee.

If we previously discussed an appointment but your required deposit was not received beforehand, your appointment was not officially secured.

If I am still able to accommodate you that day, the appointment may be treated as a same-day appointment and charged accordingly.

LATE ARRIVALS

A 15-minute grace period is provided for appointments.

After the 15-minute grace period, a $20 late fee may apply if I am still able to accommodate your appointment.

Depending on how late you arrive, the services you booked, and the time available, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled to prevent delays for other clients.

If there is no longer enough time to reasonably complete your service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Repeated excessive lateness may affect your ability to book future appointments.

NO-SHOWS

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without appropriate notice is considered a no-show.

No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.

A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.

Repeated no-shows, excessive cancellations, or repeated disregard for booking policies may result in Blessed With Beauty declining future appointments.

SERVICE CHANGES

Please book the services you actually intend to receive so enough time can be reserved for your appointment.

Requests to add, remove, substitute, or significantly change services on the day of your appointment are subject to availability and the amount of appointment time available.

I cannot guarantee that additional services or major design changes can be accommodated during your scheduled appointment.

BEAUTY BUNDLES & MULTI-SERVICE APPOINTMENTS

Beauty Bundles, Bestie Bundles, multi-service appointments, and other combined-service bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit unless the appointment is a house call, in which case the $75 house-call deposit applies.

Because these appointments reserve a larger portion of the schedule, please make sure you book the correct services and arrive on time.

You Save More When You Book More, but bundle pricing applies specifically to the services included in the selected bundle.

Additional services, upgrades, designs, removals, add-ons, or other requests not included in the original bundle may result in additional charges.

BESTIE BUNDLES

Bestie Bundles require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment unless booked as a house call.

Both clients participating in the appointment are expected to follow Blessed With Beauty's appointment preparation, punctuality, conduct, and booking policies.

Please make sure both participants understand the appointment details before booking.

Changes to either person's services on the day of the appointment are subject to availability and available appointment time.

HOUSE CALLS

House-call appointments are available for select services and locations.

All house calls require a $75 non-refundable deposit.

The $75 requirement applies whether the house call includes one service, multiple services, a Beauty Bundle, or a Bestie Bundle.

The deposit is applied toward your appointment balance.

Travel fees are separate from your deposit and service price and may vary depending on your location, distance, parking requirements, appointment details, and other applicable travel considerations.

Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate, safe, accessible environment where the booked service can reasonably be performed.

Please provide accurate location information when arranging a house call.

REFUNDS & FINAL SALES

All completed beauty services are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided because a client changes their mind after the appointment about their chosen design, style, length, shape, color, fullness, or another personal preference.

Please communicate your preferences clearly before and throughout your appointment.

If something about your design or service is not what you expected, please communicate the concern before leaving whenever possible so I have an opportunity to address it.

24-HOUR QUALITY CONCERNS & COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UPS

If you believe there is a genuine problem with the quality or application of your service, you must contact Blessed With Beauty within 24 hours of leaving your appointment.

Please provide clear photos and an explanation of your concern so the issue can be reviewed.

When appropriate, a complimentary correction or touch-up may be offered for a legitimate service or quality-related issue.

Complimentary corrections are not provided simply because you later decide you would prefer a different:

• Design
• Style
• Length
• Shape
• Color
• Fullness
• Mapping
• Finish
• Overall aesthetic or personal preference

A preference change is different from a quality issue.

Complimentary corrections also do not cover damage caused after leaving your appointment, including improper aftercare, picking, pulling, peeling, biting, cutting, excessive exposure, client-caused damage, or work that has subsequently been altered by you or another technician.

A complimentary touch-up does not automatically entitle the client to an entirely new complimentary set.

Concerns raised outside the 24-hour window will be evaluated at my discretion and may require a regularly priced appointment.

COMPLIMENTARY CORRECTIONS & TRAVEL

Approved complimentary quality corrections are performed at my regular service location unless otherwise agreed upon.

A complimentary correction does not automatically include a free house call, free travel, or reimbursement for transportation.

Transportation issues, vehicle problems, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances preventing a client from returning to the regular service location are not the financial responsibility of Blessed With Beauty.

FOREIGN FILLS & OTHER TECHNICIANS' WORK

Blessed With Beauty does not perform foreign fills or work over another technician's work.

If you currently have lashes, acrylic, gel, or another applicable product from another technician, please communicate this before your appointment.

When removal is necessary, the appropriate removal service must be booked before receiving a new set.

This allows me to maintain the quality, cleanliness, safety, and integrity of my work.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

Please arrive prepared for the service you booked.

For lash appointments, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup whenever possible.

For nail and toe appointments, please communicate any existing product that may require removal before your appointment and book the appropriate removal service when applicable.

Please send inspiration photos or design references ahead of time when possible, particularly for detailed nail designs or specific lash looks. This helps ensure enough appointment time is reserved.

Clients should disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions relevant to the requested service before the appointment begins.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please communicate any discomfort, concerns, or desired adjustments during your appointment whenever possible.

Your appointment is your opportunity to review your service and communicate your preferences before leaving.

Excessive movement, interruptions, or phone use may interfere with detailed beauty services, particularly lash and nail work.

Please cooperate with any positioning necessary to safely and properly complete your service.

PAYMENTS & REMAINING BALANCE

Your deposit is applied toward your appointment total unless forfeited under these policies.

Any remaining balance is due according to the payment instructions provided for your appointment.

Blessed With Beauty may accept multiple electronic and card-based payment methods. Please use only the official payment information provided through Blessed With Beauty's website, booking platforms, or directly by me.

When sending payments separately from your booking platform, please make sure your payment can be properly associated with your appointment.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & CODES

Promotional pricing, discount codes, referral rewards, review incentives, birthday offers, ambassador benefits, complimentary services, and other special offers are subject to their individual terms.

Discounts and promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

Any promotion requiring a specific code must have the applicable code used according to the promotion's instructions.

COLLABORATIONS, MODELS & PROMOTIONAL APPOINTMENTS

Appointments booked specifically as collaborations, model opportunities, ambassador appointments, or promotional services may have additional requirements communicated before booking.

When an appointment is provided in exchange for promotional content, the client/model/ambassador is expected to fulfill the agreed promotional requirements.

When specifically required as part of the collaboration, agreed content must be created and/or posted within the stated timeframe, including any required Blessed With Beauty tags, mentions, service information, or other agreed deliverables.

Failure to complete agreed collaboration requirements may affect eligibility for future promotional or ambassador opportunities.

PHOTOS & CONTENT

Photos or videos of completed work may be requested for portfolio, social media, website, educational, or promotional purposes.

If there are specific concerns regarding being photographed or having content posted, please communicate them before content is created.

IF BLESSED WITH BEAUTY MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

If Blessed With Beauty must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not lose your deposit because of a cancellation initiated by the business.

Your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

If an appropriate reschedule cannot be arranged, the deposit will be handled appropriately based on the circumstances.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is each client's responsibility to review their:

• Selected service
• Service description
• Appointment date and time
• Deposit requirement
• Preparation instructions
• Pricing and applicable add-ons
• Cancellation/rescheduling requirements
• Blessed With Beauty booking policies

before completing their booking.

AGREEMENT TO POLICIES

By booking an appointment and/or submitting a deposit to Blessed With Beauty, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these policies and agree to follow the applicable booking and service requirements.
