How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer house calls?
Select services are available as house calls. Travel fees may apply depending on location and appointment details. Please review the house call section of the Booking Policies before requesting one.
Can I get more than one service in the same appointment?
Yes. You can book lashes, nails, toes, and manicures or pedicures together in one appointment. Beauty Bundles combine popular services so you can get more done in one visit.
What is a Bestie Bundle?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

What happens if I'm running late?
Late arrivals are covered in the Booking Policies. If you're running late, text as soon as possible so your appointment can be adjusted if time allows.
Lash Extensions
Which lash set is right for me?
Classic, Hybrid, Wet, Volume, and Mega Volume sets each create a different look, from natural to full and dramatic. Your set is customized to your eye shape, your natural lashes, and the look you want. Bring inspiration photos if you have a style in mind.
How should I prepare for a lash appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, avoid mascara before your appointment, remove contact lenses if necessary, and plan enough time for your full appointment.
How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions shed along with your natural lashes as part of the normal lash growth cycle, so some shedding between appointments is expected. Regular fills keep your set looking full.
When should I book a lash fill?
Most clients book a fill every two to three weeks, depending on their natural lash cycle and how they care for their set.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly, extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Each extension is applied to a single, properly isolated natural lash, with a weight your lashes can safely support.
How do I take care of my lash extensions?
Keep them clean, brush them gently with a clean spoolie, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Lash aftercare kits and lash shampoo are available so you can care for your set at home.

What nail services do you offer?
Acrylic full sets and fills in short, medium, and long lengths, plus gel manicures. Designs, charms, and nail art can be added to your set.
Can I add nail art or designs?
Yes. Designs, charms, and art can be added to your nail service. Pricing for add-ons is listed on the Services & Pricing page.
What are acrylic toes?
Acrylic toes are an acrylic set applied to the toenails for a clean, polished, longer-lasting finish. Acrylic toe full sets, fills, and toe reconstruction are available.
What is acrylic toe reconstruction (BBL)?
Toe reconstruction uses acrylic to rebuild the look of a toenail that is damaged, short, or uneven, for a neater and more even finish.
Do you offer gel manicures and pedicures?
Yes. Gel manicures and gel pedicures are available on their own or combined with other services in the same appointment.
Lash Removal & Aftercare
Do you offer lash removal or acrylic soak-off?

Do you sell aftercare products?
Yes. Lash and nail aftercare, including lash shampoo, aftercare kits, spoolies, and cuticle oil, is available. Ask about adding aftercare to your appointment.
